Le texte a été compose par Guru Nanak,  (mystique et poète indien du 15eme siècle) en hommage au réceptacle de l’humanité qu’est la femme.
Guru Nanak a promis que chaque femme qui chanterait ce chant tous les jours 12 fois aura un bouclier énergétique autour d elle qui la protègera de toute agression, tout manque de respect et que toutes personnes qui l approchera ressentira de la vénération envers elle.


CD Bandh is dedicated to all women, it is a tribute to their creative power, their patience, their endurance, their strength, their beauty, their compassion.
The text was composed by Guru Nanak (mystic and Indian poet of the 15th century) in homage to the receptacle of humanity that is the woman.
Guru Nanak promised that every woman who would sing this song every day 12 times will have an energy shield around her that will protect her from any aggression, any disrespect and that anyone who comes near her will feel reverence for her.
